  1. This will generate a text file to track the usage of mail. The report is sent via QuickMail to the user selected at the start of the process.

  3. Included in the report is a full list of all MailCenters, their type, and their custodian.
  4. For Online MailCenters, an account of the quantity of mail stored and disk space used is included.
